1. Service

CareerBud is a cloud-based asset, maintenance, and operations management system provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account security.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually.
• A £1 trial may apply before full billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime.

4. Cancellation and Data

• After cancellation, access ends immediately.
• Data is stored for 30 days.
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

5. Refunds

• No refunds for monthly subscriptions.
• Annual plans may receive a partial refund excluding the month of cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer the system
• Resell or share access

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerBud is provided without guarantees. The operator is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.

8. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
